The Expandi M-4300 self-inflatable boom is the larger brother of the M-3000 Expandi boom. In the event of an oil spill or recovery operation, it is designed for fast deployment into waters with larger wave heights, winds and currents.

• Storage space required is minimal and much less than traditional boom systems. This boom is rolled into a coil which has the footprint of a standard pallet.

The Expandi roto cassette is the base of the Roto Pac System and is all you need to deploy the Expandi self-inflatable oil boom from a hard surface such as the deck of a ship or wharf. Deployment time for 200 metres can be as fast as 2 minutes, without the need for any additional machinery.		The Expandi roto pac boom retrieval device incorporates flexibility, mobility and requires minimal manpower. Roto Pac allows retrieval of 200 metres of boom in as little as 12 minutes. It is easily dismantled by two people.

The Expandi lifting sling minimises response time when an oil spill occurs. The slings are provided with an easy to use release hook which leaves the boom roll floating ready to use. Both the Expandi crane sling and the Expandi helicopter sling are certified.	The Expandi sea sledge enables spill responders to reach the spill site and quickly deploy necessary spill response equipment. Two rolls of 250m of Expandi booms can be interconnected aboard an aluminium system that can be towed at 30 knots.	The Expandi boom cleaner is designed to quickly and thoroughly remove oil and pollutants from any oil booms. Minimal manpower is required, boom damage is effectively eliminated and wear is minimised. The boom cleaner is environmentally safe, traping removed pollutants inside for safe disposal.
